To be considered for a transcriptionist position, applicants must have at least five years of experience in the transcription field, hold AOC certification or AAERT certification and be a notary public in your state of residence.
In order to be compatible with our formats, you must have Word, latest version, Word Perfect, preferably Corel Word Perfect latest version or Stenograph Case Catalyst. You must have high speed internet and a wav pedal that can be used with CourtSmart, FTR Player Plus and Liberty.

A test consisting of punctuation and transcription of a short proceeding may be given.
Because we are privy to confidential information, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.
