We are a state-of-the-art transcription agency dedicated to achieving excellence in the production of all types of transcripts but specializing in legal transcription.
Accurate Transcriptions is owned and operated by Cindy Nagle, who has 34 years of experience in many different aspects of the transcription industry and began her transcription career in 1986 as a Certified Shorthand Reporter.
Nagle holds AAERT certification, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey AOC certification, and Certified Shorthand Reporter for the State of New Jersey. She requires her staff to hold the same certifications and be a notary in their state of residence.
Long History of Large & Small Contracts
In 1994, Nagle formed Legal-Ease Court Reporting Services, Inc., located in New York City. Legal-Ease transcribed depositions, arbitrations, per diem in federal court, bankruptcy court in Newark, NJ, Wall Street arbitrations, held governmental contracts and much more.
One of Legal-Ease’s largest contracts was with the Council of the City of New York, covering all of their legislative committee hearings and trials. The governing body consisted of 51 council members, and the company produced 71,000 pages of transcription per year for them from 1994 through 2008.
With the move to New Jersey, we are now operating under Accurate Transcriptions, LLC. While we are now a New Jersey-based company, we are still located in the Tri-State area.
